Making Appointments Activity

Activity 1.

Work with a partner and practice the dialog with the people in the table below.  Use the full dialog from the bottom of the Making Appointments Page.  One student can be the person being called and the other can be the receiver of the call.  Change parts of the dialog is you are able to.

Activity 2.  Work with a partner and and use the dialog, but use your own names and information for your own companies.  Go around the room and practice with at least three different students.  Be sure to exchange roles.
